Historical Society’s Annual Antique Sale & Auction

This Sunday, July 14th, the Lovell Historical Society will host the 14th Annual Antique Sale at the Kimball-Stanford House. The event starts at 10 am and the admission is free. There will be a number of dealers present and delicious food will be available.

The exciting live auction starts at 11am with lots of great items available. Some of these include a Sterling Silver Cuff Bracelet from Harvest Gold Gallery, a dinner for four at the Center Lovell Inn; two tickets to Bill Cosby at the Merrill Auditorium; 2 Boston Red Sox Tickets and a dinner and show for four at Quisisanna. Come early to preview the entire list. New this year is a Silent Auction which will be held throughout the day. Items will be Gift Certificates and Gift Baskets from a variety of local merchants. And there will be three raffle items available: A $100 Gift Certificate to Rosie’s; a Wood and Cane Rocker and copies of the Historical Society’s recent publications.

Bruce Buxton will be appraising your fine art and antiques from 12 to 2 pm. The appraisal fees are $8 for one item; $15 for two and $20 for three.
